Dr. Ravi Kankaria

	Dr. Ravi Kankaria Dr. Ravi Kankaria graduated from the University of Houston, College of Optometry, with a Doctor of Optometry degree in 1989, and then did his Residency in Vision Rehabilitation/Low Vision Optometry at the University of Houston, Light House Low Vision Clinic. Prior to completing his optometry Program in Houston, he did his Diploma in Optometry, from the Municipal Eye Hospital in Mumbai, India. Dr. Kankaria is on the board of directors of InFocus, which is Inter fostering of Ophthalmic Care to the Underserved sectors, a non profit organization dedicated to promote eye care to the needy and underprivileged population globally. He has participated in InFocus non profit eye care projects over the last 15 years. Dr. Kankaria is a therapeutically certified optometrist, and also completed his certification as an Optometric Glaucoma specialist. Dr. Kankaria speaks Spanish and 5 languages from India. Dr. Kankaria is a member of Harris County Optometric Society, and a life member of Indian Optometric Association. He is married with two children, and enjoys reading, traveling, listening to music and playing tennis.
	Dr. Gloritza Reyes-Sierra Dr. Reyes- Sierra graduated from Inter American University of PR. School of Optometry. Graduated in 2002. Dr. Reyes is married and has lived in Houston, Tx. for 3 yrs. She has two beautiful kids. Enjoys reading and spending time with her children.
	Cynthia Tapia - Office Manager/Optician Cynthia has been at Vision Source for 6 yrs. Prior working at Vision Source she has business administrator background. Also own two Natural Health food Stores, and earned a diploma in Natural Medicine. Cynthia loves to help patients and educate them about their eye care needs and provide the best experience while visiting Vision Source.
	Josep Lopez - Accountant Jose has been at Vision Source for 9 months. Enjoys Vision Source work environment. He says that he likes it when Dr. Kankaria recognizes the staff in different ways, the effort we all put in our everyday work to meet company's goals.
	Lucero Tovar - Optician Lucero likes to intereact with the patients by helping with their eye care needs. He assists patients in selecting the frames that fit them, and also likes the work enviroment here at Vision Source.
	Irma Marin - Optician Irma enjoys helping people. She makes sure that the patient leaves the office happy and satisfied with their selection or any other service.
	Maria Newball - Billing Administrator
	Elva Ramirez - Front Desk Supervisor Elva has been at Vision Source for 3 years. She loves working with the public and also the family atmosphere between the employees.
	Mary Silva - Marketing Coordinator Mary enjoys working at the Vision Source because she is very knowlegdable of good customer service and enjoys working with patients and co-workers. As a Vision Source Coordinator, she will be prospecting at different companies to increase our service at the Aldine office and also will be planning special monthly evens at the Vision Source.
	Gloria Vazquez - Front Desk Receptionist Gloria is fairly new at Vision Source. She enjosy working with the public and likes to care for the patients' needs.
